About the Role

As a Solution Design Manager (SDM), you are the technical architect of the sales process. You bridge the gap between a client’s business goals and a successful technical launch. You will ensure that every solution we sell is scalable, supportable, and clearly documented before it reaches our implementation teams.

Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales & Solution Architecture

  • Requirements Gathering: Partner with Sales and clients to translate business goals into technical requirements.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the SME for Traiana services, guiding clients through messaging flows, formats, and connectivity.
  • Integration Strategy: Determine if client needs fit our standard implementation or require bespoke specifications developed

2. Scoping & Documentation

Core Industry Knowledge

  • Traiana/SaaS Savvy: Experience in a SaaS environment with a strong grasp of Securities products and services.
  • Education: A BA/BS in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

Technical & Operational Skills

The Role: Legal Counsel

What’s in it for you: This in-house legal counsel position is based in our London office. Primary responsibilities will be to work on a broad range of commercial and transactional legal matters in all areas of OSTTRA’s business. Lawyer will work closely with colleagues in the legal, sales, product, front office and core infrastructure and support functions.

This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a global team based out of London and to work with colleagues across multiple regions globally.

Responsibilities
  • Manage, draft and negotiate various commercial contracts, including procurement and support, real estate, software licenses, services, maintenance, web-based services, consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other commercial agreements
  • Support sales and other business teams including shared services groups based in different regions, globally and provide them with innovative business solutions.
  • Developing knowledge of multiple areas of the law, including intellectual property, and privacy, and data protection to counsel internal clients on business and legal risks arising at all stages of the customer relationship.
  • Analyzing, evaluating, and providing input to product and client initiatives with a view to identifying and highlighting possible business and legal risks to management.

Requirements
  • Strong academic background / legal degree preferred or conversion
  • Qualified solicitor or equivalent
  • 3 to 6 years experience of in-house and/or large law firm experience in a transactional practice
  • Must have an excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken)
  • Excellent drafting and negotiating skills
  • Legal experience in negotiating and drafting commercial and other business to business technology and information related contracts – nice to have
  • Experienced in data protection and commercial matters – nice to have
  • Knowledge of data and software licensing, intellectual property, and commercial contract law required - preferred

Responsibilities

The Collections Associate will focus on the execution and accurate reporting of collections activities:

  • Core Collections & Account Execution
  • Execute the daily Collections process, focusing on timely follow-up for outstanding invoices and resolution of basic client issues.
  • Maintain complete, accurate control of client emails and list of open issues, clearly documenting actions for end-to-end closure.
  • Assist in developing and implementing standard, realistic payment plans and schedules.

Requirements

Basic Required Experience:

To be successful in this role, the Associate - Order to Cash (OTC) Collections must possess a mix of Technical & Professional competencies. They must be adept at:

Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in an OTC Collections process with a global organisation. Financial Services experience will be preferred.

Stakeholder Management: managing key stakeholders across teams such as

Sales, Technology including Finance across multiple locations

Customer Management: Ability to resolve customer queries with effective resolution within agreed timescales.

Teamwork: A collaborative and cooperative attitude, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. A cooperative attitude, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities and Impact:

Role and responsibilities of a Legal Entity Controller for APAC entities (Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Australia & Philippines)

The candidate is responsible for ensuring the ledger integrity encompassing several duties, including but not limited to:

Team Leadership & Development: Help in expanding the Penang Finance team including recruitment, onboarding, training, and capability development.

Technical Knowhow: Possessing a good understanding of accounting policies and their implementation in accordance with USGAAP/IFRS/local applicable standards. Also someone who will collaborate with Group Controllers.

Requirements

Basic Required Experience:

To be successful in this role, APAC LE controller lead must possess a mix of Technical, Professional and People Leadership competencies.

Experience: 12-15 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role, with a strong focus on Statutory Audit, Tax, compliances and month-end. . For the right candidate we will be willing to flex the requirement of number of years of experience.

Financial & Accounting Acumen: Good understanding of accounting principles (US GAAP) and financial reporting with specialisation of staff costs accounting.

Role and responsibilities of Associate - Order to Cash (OTC) Billing & Collections Support

  • Business Understanding: Deliver the Billing process with a strong understanding of OSTTRA businesses, billing models, products involved and the associated revenue impact.
  • Systems Understanding: Build complete understanding of different billing systems used in OSTTRA like SAP and Salesforce, engage with respective technical teams on resolving issues and owning the setup of new billing products
  • Invoicing & First-Line Support: Serve as the first line of contact for all incoming customer queries via the team's central email address, specifically regarding invoices, billing statements, and payment information. Handle and resolve routine invoicing queries and disputes, escalating complex issues promptly to the team lead. Ensure timely and accurate Customer invoicing uploads in Supplier portals following established procedures. Handle bank confirmation calls.
  • Customer Onboarding and Data Management: Perform Customer onboarding functions, including the collection and verification of necessary client data for SAP onboarding. Ensure all client data and interaction logs are accurately recorded and maintained in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ERP (SAP) systems.
  • Products setup: Candidate would be required to execute setting up of new products in all the billing systems, coordinate with different teams and get the necessary approvals. Building an understanding of the products would be the key.
  • Tax Documentation: Assist in the collection of standard tax documentation from customers, including and not limited to W8 and W9 forms, Certificate of Tax Residences, Form 10F in India, and Permanent Establishment Certificate requirements etc. Liaise with customers to follow up on missing or expired tax documentation, ensuring timely submission for processing. Work closely with Tax & Treasury to obtain tax forms and bank letters to expedite customer onboarding and collection efforts.
  • Audit Support: Engagement with auditors for the billing process & ensuring timely closure of audit items
  • Process Improvement / Other Initiatives: Candidates should have gained experience in process and systems transition. The AP Associate will ensure the accurate and timely execution of the AP function across EMEA, APAC, US & India regions by focusing on the following core activities:

Following OSTTRA’s recent sale to KKR, we are in the process of bringing all accounting and finance processes in house with this transition expected to be completed in Q3 2026. Alongside this we are heavily increasing our reporting, analytical and modelling capabilities to better drive business performance.

While responsibilities are subject to change as the team develops, this role has a specific focus on OSTTRA’s cost base and partnering the technology, client services and corporate functions. There is a significant change agenda so this role will suit someone who enjoys variety and is naturally curious. They must be able to operate in the detail – making sure our data is correct and reported accurately – but also adept at explaining the business rationale behind our results and analysis. Strong communication skills, resilience and flexibility are key.

This is a senior hire within the FP&A team, with responsibility for all cost accounts plus an expectation of high-level understanding across the p&l, balance sheet and cashflow. There are 6 direct reports, 4 based in India and 2 in London.

Key responsibilities include:

The Senior Cash Applications Associate is responsible for overseeing and executing end-to-end cash application processes to ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments to accounts receivable. Work Hours: UK Shift (1 PM – 10 PM local hours)

Responsibilities and Impact:

The Cash Applications Senior Associate will focus on the execution and accurate reporting of cash application activities:

Daily Cash Application & Posting

  • Process and apply payments from multiple sources including bank transfers, lockbox, cheques, wire transfers, credit cards, and electronic payments (ACH/RTGS/SWIFT).
  • Match payments to corresponding invoices in ERP systems.
  • Review unapplied and unidentified payments to ensure resolution and accurate posting.

Reconciliation & Issue Resolution

  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to short payments, deductions, chargebacks, pricing issues, and customer disputes.
  • Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with the collections, billing, sales, and treasury teams to resolve payment issues.

Audit, Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, SOX, audit controls, and regulatory standards.
  • Maintain accuracy and integrity of financial data in ERP systems.

Process Improvement & Leadership

  • Identify gaps in existing workflow and contribute to standardization and automation initiatives.
  • Support system transitions, UAT testing, ERP upgrades, and process documentation.
  • Should be able to work and operate with minimal or no supervision.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members; provide training as required.

Key Metrics:

Responsible for producing metrics including but not limited to:

  • Straight-Through Processing (STP) Rate: The employee's direct contribution to increasing the percentage of payments automatically applied without manual intervention. Maintain and increase the overall Cash Applications STP rate.
  • Process/Post all transactions daily with the highest levels of accuracy. This includes number of payments, lockbox files, or EFT/ACH transactions.
  • Maintain and improve Cash Application Cycle Time from the receipt of bank data (lockbox report, statement) to the final posting of cash to the customer's ledger. Ensure 90%+ of payments are posted within hours of receipt.
  • Reduce and maintain the Unapplied Cash aging to less than 1% of the monthly receipts, with no items older than 3 days.
  • Share active support to the Collections team towards speedy dispute resolutions.
Requirements

Basic Required Experience:

To be successful in this role, the Senior Cash Applications Associate must possess a mix of Technical & Professional competencies. They must be adept at:

  • Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in an Order to Cash process with a global organization. Prior Cash applications experience will be preferred. Financial Services experience will be preferred.
  • Stakeholder Management: managing key stakeholders across Order to Cash and larger Finance Teams.
  • Customer Management: Ability to resolve customer queries with effective resolution within agreed timescales.
