Customer Service Update

We are pleased to report that all OSTTRA services are operating normally following a third party issue that has caused widespread disruption to firms globally.

The majority of our platforms were not directly impacted by the issue, with the exception of a partial disruption in a small subset of services which has been resolved. We have communicated directly with any customers affected by this disruption.

Customers may experience intermittent processing delays as 3rd parties on our network recover their services: OSTTRA will continue to monitor the situation and take any action required to ensure delayed communications are rapidly processed when systems come back on line.
